Keibatsu, a group of beings who think of themselves as Gods, are dedicated to stamping out all evil in the universe. They are beings of power that far exceeds any normal person, and they use these powers to keep a firm order wherever they may go. They tolerate no sort of evil, and their form of justice and good is to rid the universe of evil...by any means necessary.
The history of Keibatsu is one that expands further back than many remember, and it has long held the most power in the universe, and will stop at nothing to bring an end to all evil. It was once led by a man known as Takashi Yagasaki, a Soul Reaper who had let himself be taken by his inner Hollow and conquered it to become a Vizard with no equal. He and his Co-leader, Sisho Sono Shimo, were the two strongest fighters in the entire universe, and their followers just as powerful. By trickery though, Takashi was banished into the Cursed Realm, and unable to return, for the time. Since then, much of Keibatsu had fallen into chaos, and it eventually fell apart. Sisho had remained, but whad been taking care of matters on his own part and amassing his own individual power. Sisho has now returned, and has brought Keibatsu from the ashes, wand he will not stop until he has thrown evil into a pit from which it will never surface.
Keibatsu will be a group for those with enormous power, and all entry into Keibatsu will be extremely strict. You must not only be the best, you must be the best of the best. Your power, as well as your Role-playing skills must be great. Not only that your character wil have to be of good alignment, preferably chaotic good alignment. Lawful good characters are to boung by following rules, guidelines and laws, but Keibatsu is about taking justice in their own hands. They ARE justice, judgement.
All members of Keibatsu will be required to wear a cloak that they must wear when on Keibatsu business. The cloak may be of color and with a trim of you own color choice, but it must have the symbol of judgement emblazoned across the back. Your position in Keibatsu will also be shown on the cloak, on the front to the side in Japanese character.
